THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head Chef at Northies Cronulla Hotel, you are responsible for but not limited to:
Preparing and producing dishes on the line with our highly efficient and harmonious kitchen team
Maintaining high level kitchen standards and quality
Support junior chefs in their training and development
Assisting in achieving consistent GP and wage results
Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations
Assist in the efficient Kitchen operations
Wage management, stocktake and GP monitoring
