The Role

As a
Housing Officer
with Vinnies Housing, you'll work from our
Rockhampton
based office and be part of a supportive, state-wide team delivering compassionate housing services to people in need. You'll manage a small, focused portfolio that allows you to truly connect with tenants and help sustain long-term housing outcomes.
What you'll do:
Build respectful, supportive relationships with tenants to help them sustain their housing
Deliver day-to-day tenancy and property management services
Support tenants who may be experiencing complex circumstances and connect them with appropriate services where required
Collaborate with internal teams and local service providers




Ensure tenancy and property compliance in line with relevant policies and legislation
Connect tenants with appropriate support services to meet their individual needs
Conduct tenants visits as required to provide ongoing tenancy and client support
