The Role
We're seeking a dependable and detail-focused Renderer to support the smooth operation of our Gatton plant. This hands-on role involves working with by-products processing, adhering to high safety standards, and ensuring compliance with AQIS and other industry requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
Adhere to WHS protocols, including lockout procedures for water, electrical, and mechanical systems
Safely handle and manage chemicals (Chemical Handling Certificate preferred or willingness to complete training)
Clean machinery and processing areas, utilising hosing and foaming techniques to AQIS standards




Understand and apply by-products processing procedures both practically and theoreticallyAccurately complete and manage English-written documentation
Monitor and operate SCADA systems and gauges
You have flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour roster (three 8-hour shifts) with occasional overtime as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations
About You
You have experience in a processing or manufacturing role, particularly in by-products or rendering, is preferred
Chemical Handling Certification or willingness to undertake training
Familiarity with SCADA systems and reading operational gauges
Strong understanding of WHS standards and lockout procedures
A proactive team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
