Brothers Leagues Club is seeking a
motivated and experienced Sous Chef
to support our Head Chef in leading a busy, fast-paced kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established club with a strong reputation for quality food and a supportive team culture.
About the Role
Assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Lead and support the kitchen team during service
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
Contribute to menu ideas and daily specials
About You
Previous experience as a
Sous Chef or Senior Chef




in a high-volume kitchen
Solid leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Reliable with a positive team attitude
