The Role
We're seeking an experienced
HR Sweeper/Water Cart Operator
to join our team at East Ipswich. You'll take pride in maintaining equipment, delivering exceptional service, and working in a safety-focused, professional environment. If you thrive in a hands-on role and want to contribute to a company that values growth and excellence, this is your chance.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years HR Operating experience
Current HR license for the above equipment
Hours of Work
Typical hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Occasional weekend work (every second or third Saturday)
Overtime and penalty rates apply
About You
Committed to safe work practices
Skilled in operating HR vehicles
1-3 years prior experience working in Sweeper
Able to keep equipment clean, reliable, and safe, including minor maintenance (refueling, lubrication, greasing)
Diligent in completing logbooks, pre-start checklists,



and daily running sheets
Position Requirements
Proven experience operating HR Vehicles safely and confidently
Strong understanding of WHS principles and environmental responsibilities
Ability to maintain accurate plant and vehicle records
