is seeking a
Qualified Early Childhood Teacher
to join our Kindergarten team as a
second ECT
. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who is eager to learn, collaborate, and thrive in a supportive environment.
The Role
Working alongside our experienced ECT, you will help deliver a high-quality, play-based kindergarten program that nurtures children's curiosity, wellbeing, and love of learning. You'll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, reflect on practice, and grow professionally while contributing positively to our centre culture.
You'll be supported to:
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
Create engaging, inclusive learning environments
Grow your confidence in programming, assessment, and documentation
Develop your teaching identity within a collaborative, mentoring environment
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
A sound understanding of the
EYLF and QKLG
A genuine passion for early learning and child development
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
A collaborative mindset and positive, proactive attitude
About the Role
Support and co-lead kindergarten learning experiences within the Kindy room
Foster a lifelong love of learning through child-led inquiry and community connections
Design, implement, and reflect on programs that value each child's strengths and interests
Contribute to achieving
Meet or Exceed




outcomes under the National Quality Standards
About You
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Relevant teacher registration (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
A strong commitment to learning, growth, and making a difference in children's lives
