In this role, you will: Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
As a Direct Care Worker, you'll provide important support to patients and residents across our acute, aged care and community services, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Provide person-centred care and support to patients and residents.
Assist with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, hygiene and meals.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning.
