Job Description
Territory Specialist | Leading Medical Device & Healthcare Organisation
n
We are in search of a proactive and dynamic medical sales professional to champion life-changing technologies and products within the Newcastle & Central Coast territory.
n
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in educating and supporting healthcare professionals, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
n
Key Duties
n
n
Promote product awareness through exceptional face-to-face and virtual interactions with health care specialists
n
Deliver high-quality educational sessions to healthcare professionals and consumers to shape new care standards.
n
Act as a trusted advisor for technology use, including mobile apps, data portals, and clinical software.
n
Maintain quarterly KPIs for coverage and frequency, with a focus on high-value primary care accounts.
n
Manage expenditures and budgets to meet established spending KPIs.
n
Oversee the use of Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure optimal territory effectiveness.
n
Collaborate with state and national team members to facilitate broad product adoption.
n
Understand and communicate complex clinical data and disease state knowledge confidently.
n
Adhere to corporate ethics and stringent compliance procedures.
n

Your Skills and Experience
n
n
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
n
A passion for healthcare and a drive to impact patient lives through world-class technology.
n
Strong business acumen coupled with a customer-centric, solution-focused approach.
n
Technical and clinical proficiency, with the ability to communicate scientific information to HCPs.
n
Exceptional communication and listening skills to foster meaningful stakeholder connections.
n
The ability to thrive both independently and within a cooperative team environment.
n
Tech-savviness and comfort with data-driven sales tools and digital health ecosystems.
n
A valid Australian Driving Licence and a willingness to travel as required.
