Mercedes-Benz Miranda is currently recruiting for a driven and experienced Service Advisor to join our prestigious Service Department.

This position is
Permanent Full time -
Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 5:30pm.
Responsibilities: n
n
Providing outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and the workshop
n
Coordinating the customer car pick up, cleaning and delivery time
n
Liaising with the customer on estimated completion times, updates and follow up required
n
Confidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicle
n




Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely manner
n
About you: n
n
A passion for exceptional customer service
n
Previous experience as an automotive service advisor; ideally within a prestigious Automotive Brand
n
Experience with ERA Net/ Power - highly regarded but not essential
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
A reliable, punctual and hardworking disposition
n
Sound organisational skills and time management
n
