About the Role
As a
Permanent Recruitment Consultant
, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent and making successful placements across your specialist vertical or territory. You'll become a trusted expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service while developing new business and driving revenue.
What You'll Do
Develop new business and generate job orders
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Source, assess and manage high quality candidates
Present your most placeable candidates to employers




Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to placementDevelop your own network and market expertise within your chosen vertical
Collaborate with your team and contribute to a culture of excellence
What You Bring
1+ year of B2B sales experience
or
3+ years of B2C sales experience
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication and relationship building skills
A results driven mindset and strong sense of urgency
Commercially minded with a genuine appetite for business development
A passion for recruitment and helping people succeed
The ambition and entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow your own desk

Remuneration
$55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
