Description
We are seeking motivated Gardeners to join our team - in the Brisbane and Gold Coast area. In this role you are providing essential support for outdoor maintenance of our NDIS Aged care participants at their homes. You will be ensuring they live in a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.
We are looking to fill these roles quickly, so if you are reliable and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

: 6:00am start - Finish time dependent on the day
Team lead role for $*****
Your Role:
All necessary equipment, tools and disposables are provided.
Lawn mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
Ensuring pathways are clear, and branches are trimmed to keep homes accessible.
Use our online roster system to manage your schedule and tasks seamlessly.
Branded work shirts are provided to all staff upon start.
Ability to
Drive a Manual car
, ideally also able to drive and park a Trailor.
Maintain vehicle supplies, equipment and perform small maintenance tasks frequently for upkeep of tools and equipment.
Window washing of external windows may also be required.
High pressure washing paths, driveways etc.
Work within a team or independently to provide essential services.
Requirements:
Current
Manual Driver's License
is required to travel to and from client homes/ locations.
NDIS 'Yellow Card' Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).




WWC 'Blue Card' - This can be a combined application at a cheaper price.
A "can-do" attitude and physical fitness for outdoor work.
No formal gardening qualifications are required!
You understand you are working in someone's home and treat every participant with dignity.
You take pride in showing up on time and completing work to a high standard.
You are friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with participants and their families.
Ability to follow as roster with set shifts and scheduling.
Highly Regarded:
Previous qualified gardening or landscaping experience.
Certificate II or III in Horticulture or landscaping.
Current White Card.
