Job Description
As a key member of our branch team, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the parts they need when they need them.
Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
Completing local deliveries throughout Mackay and surrounding areas
Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory control
Maintaining organised warehouse operations and stock replenishment
Ensuring warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance standards are maintained
Working closely with sales and parts teams to support customer requirements
Providing professional and friendly customer service during deliveries and branch interactions

Qualifications
We're seeking one who is:
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties




Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Organised, safety-conscious and able to work efficiently
A genuine team player
Willing to learn and develop recent skills
Current Driver's Licence
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Positive communication and customer service skills
Desirable but Not Essential
Previous warehouse, storeperson or logistics experience
Delivery driving experience
Forklift Licence (LF)
Experience within automotive, transport, heavy vehicle, industrial, agricultural or trade industries
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of truck and trailer parts
