nSchedule: Rotating shifts; 10-hour shifts with a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.n
n
nRequired Qualifications: Valid license to submit; Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association); minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.n
n
nPreferred Qualifications: Trauma and neuro experience; scrubbing experience; charge nurse or house supervisor experience preferred, but not required; scrub color/dress code: scrubs provided.n
n
nAdditional Information:n
n
nUnit involves approximately 30 cases per day, including general, ENT, neuro, spine, orthopedics, and robotics cases.n
n
nScrubbing required; charge nurse or house supervisor experience is preferred but not essential.n
n
nEMR system in use is Epic.n
n
nFloat rotation may be required only in case of extreme need within Zone 1: PEN, SFI, SFH, SMC, STM.n
n




nCall requirements include approximately 120 hours per contract in rotation with staff, with response time of 30 minutes.n
n
nHospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments.n
n
nUnit-specific orientation will be provided.n
n
