What You'll Do

As a
Team Member

Supervisor
, you'll play a key role in creating the warm, premium Koko Black experience our guests love. Depending on your role, you'll:

Deliver genuine,



high-energy service and hospitality

Create a beautiful store environment through premium product presentation
n
Support the daily flow of store operations with positivity and pace
n
Help with onboarding and training current team members (Supervisors)
n
Lead zones of the shift and keep the team motivated (Supervisors)

Bring your availability and reliability - especially during key trade times!
