Annandale State School in Townsville invites applications for the Head of Department Student Engagement and Wellbeing. You will lead a small team of wellbeing professionals, teacher aides and support staff to support student engagement, attendance and wellbeing.
As part of the role you will coach staff, run parent meetings, case management and ESFP management, and collaborate with parents, universities and the State Schools Division to improve learning outcomes and attendance.
