Priority Plus Plumbing is seeking an experienced
Maintenance Plumber
to join our team on a
full-time basis
. This is a key position within our operations, based in
Kirrawee, NSW
. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our valued clients, ensuring their systems operate efficiently and reliably. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction in the local community.
What you'll be doing
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential, strata and commercial properties
Performing routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems
Installing and replacing pipes, fixtures and fittings to current standards
Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and service requests from clients
Testing and inspecting plumbing systems to ensure compliance with regulations
Providing clear explanations to clients about repairs and maintenance recommendations
Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used
Collaborating with team members to complete larger projects efficiently
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations
Using hand tools and power tools competently and safely on a daily basis
What we're looking for
Minimum 3–5 years of hands‐on experience in residential, strata and commercial plumbing work
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, codes and best practices
Proficiency with standard plumbing tools and equipment
The ability to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective solutions
Excellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service




A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client locations in the local area
A commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all relevant regulations
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A current NSW plumbing licence (not essential) with demonstrated experience in maintenance plumbing

$40-$50 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
