What will you be doing?
n
n
Manage claims across a diverse portfolio of insurance products
n
Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the claims process
n
Liaise with insurers,



underwriters and other key stakeholders
n
Provide advice and support to clients on claims matters
n
Manage claims from lodgement through to resolution
n
Ensure claims are progressed efficiently and in the best interests of clients
n
n
What do you need?
n
n
Experience in an intermediated claims environment
n
Broking claims experience is highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of the insurance claims process
n
Good knowledge of the role brokers play throughout the claims lifecycle
n
Exposure to a broad range of insurance products is advantageous
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
