Qualifications & experience
Have at least 5 years experience as a site manager or project manager
MS office including project
Experience in Basement & Swimming Pool construction
First Aid
Tasks & responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site that is allocated to you.
Provide direction to subcontractors and other trades as well as ensuring quality control of the project.
Generate and drive construction time line program




Provide 'Material take offs' and advise Head office of required material, supply items and trades.
Create scope of works for sub contractors
