About the role
We are looking for an experienced person to perform administration work for the
National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS)
for a small fleet of six Dantrans trucks and associated trailers.
This is a casual role of approximately
4 hours per week
, based at our Darling Downs Brick Sales / Dantrans office in Glenvale. Days and hours are flexible and can be worked around school hours or other commitments.
Key responsibilities
Ensure drivers and fleet remain compliant with NHVAS requirements using MTData software.
Monitor due dates for vehicle maintenance, driver medicals and other compliance requirements.
Complete data entry and maintain compliance records.
Check MTData weekly to identify and follow up any potential breaches.




Work through the Drivers Handbook with drivers as part of induction and obtain required records, such as drivers' licences.
Review and update the Drivers Handbook as required.
Coordinate the transition from NHVAS to the Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (HVA) scheme.
About you
Knowledge or experience of the
National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS)
.
Experience in transport, fleet or compliance administration is highly regarded.
Familiarity with
MTData or GPS fleet tracking software
is desirable.
Positive data entry and record-keeping skills.
Competent with
Microsoft Word and Outlook
.
Organised, accurate and able to work independently.
