About the role
InOne Healthcare (InOne Imaging) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Receptionist – Imaging
. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless front-of-house experience within a supportive and growing healthcare team.
You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations across our imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments in line with clinical requirements
Process imaging referrals and maintain accurate, confidential patient records
Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
Provide clear preparation instructions for imaging procedures
Support billing processes, including Medicare and private payments
Liaise with radiologists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow




Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and clinic procedures
About You
Passion for providing high-quality patient care and customer service
Previous experience as a
receptionist / admin within the radiology industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prioritizing tasks effectively
Understanding of healthcare compliance, NDIS, or aged care (desirable)
Requirements:
Full working rights in Australia
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
