This role combines estimating, project coordination, contractor supervision, building inspections, and workplace health and safety responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
Prepare high-quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects.
Develop accurate estimates, quotations, material schedules, trade packages, and construction programs.
Supervise and support the delivery of construction, maintenance, and upgrade works.
Coordinate office staff, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
What you need
Experience in building maintenance, construction, project supervision, estimating, or asset management.
Robust understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
