About the role:
You will join a
specialist health disputes team
advising public and private hospitals, healthcare providers, government bodies and regulators.
Your matters will include:




professional negligence and liability disputes;
coronial inquests;
disciplinary proceedings;
regulatory investigations and enforcement;
Royal Commissions and commissions of inquiry; and
The ideal candidate:
You will ideally have
3–5 years' PQE
with experience across commercial litigation, disputes, regulatory matters or health law.
Strong academics, excellent written and analytical skills and the confidence to manage complex matters and engage directly with clients will be highly regarded.
Candidates from
top-tier, mid-tier, boutique, in-house
or
international common law
backgrounds will be considered.
