About the Role n
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while driving sales and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities n

Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalised styling advice.

Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
n
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
n
Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
n
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
n
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktake activities.

Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
n
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay up to date with new collections and promotions.
n
What We're Looking For n

Previous retail sales experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury retail.
n
A passion for customer service and creating outstanding shopping experiences.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
n
Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
n
Set full time roster (37.5 hours per week(
n
Experience with POS systems and retail operations is advantageous.
