You will work across the Mobile Youth Service and Drop-in spaces, building trusted relationships with youths, families and partners to coordinate care and drive positive outcomes.
The role requires empathy, adaptability and a commitment to inclusive, youth-friendly services, with fixed-term full-time hours and a SCHADS Level 4 equivalent
