We are expanding our team and seeking an Experienced Concreter who takes pride in their workmanship and can deliver consistent, high‐standard results.
You will be responsible for carrying out high‐quality concrete works across residential, commercial, and civil sites. This role suits someone who is reliable, physically fit, and confident working independently or as part of a small crew. Training and upskilling available.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Concrete placement, finishing, screeding and curing to a high standard
Formwork and reinforcement installation
Safe use of hand and power tools
Assisting with pours, site prep and clean‐up




Working to deadlines, while maintaining quality
Must be willing to relocate or already reside in Mount Isa - Sorry No FIFO
Ongoing secure work over multiple sites including remote work
Requirements
2+ years concreting experience (Civil/commercial preferred)
Strong understanding of cementing techniques and finishing standards
Ability to work in hot, dusty, and fast‐paced environments
White Card (mandatory)
Driver's licence and reliable transport
Strong work ethic, punctuality, physically fit and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised when required
