About the role
The Practice Manager provides quality services to Doctors and patients ensuring daily operations are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role leads the reception and nursing teams to provide a range of services to the community, as well as managing financials and patient records.

This is a diverse role and requires a hands on approach. It is important that our values align and you are an avid team player. As a leader, your focus will be on providing support to Doctors, facilitating patient care and fostering a strong culture within the practice.
Skills & experience
Practice Manager and customer service experience
Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications
Leadership andcollaboration skills
Ability to developqualityworking relationships
Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a positive impact on our patients and Doctors.
Responsibilities
Drive a energetic culture within the team to support exceptional customer service, positive outcomes and care for our patients and Doctors
Daily operational management and oversight of the medical centre
Effective and proactive staff rostering and diary management in line with utilisation targets, key performance indicators and administrative protocols
Effective financial management of the Centre, including daily reconciliation, billing, stock ordering, banking and month end
People management including coaching,



mentoring, performance management, recruitment and training
