Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Margaret Tobin Centre (MTC) seeks an Aboriginal Liaison Officer to advocate for culturally protected healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, and to coordinate communication with healthcare teams and communities.
You will deliver cultural awareness education, build relationships with local Aboriginal organisations, and support discharge planning for Aboriginal patients in a compassionate, accountable manner.
