What You'll Do
Prepare and present high-quality pub-style dishes with consistency and care.
Work closely with a tight-knit kitchen team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
Assist with menu ideas and help showcase sustainable Australian ingredients.
Maintain calm and focus during busy service periods.
