Front of House Receptionist | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane | 12-month fixed-term
We are seeking a driven & hardworking can-do attitudeFront of HouseReceptionist to join our team! – Our Front of House plays a critical role in ensuring our customers experience an overall luxury brand experience during their visit.
You will be supported by another Receptionist, while you meet and greet clients, manage a busy switchboard and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Assisting and supporting customers in the dealership, ensuring they are attended to and have an exceptional experience,
Ensuring relevant areas are kept clean and tidy and presented to an impeccable standard
Working as part of a team to ensure coverage across the building
Ensure adherence to company policy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
About you:
Experience in a dynamic & fast-paced customer service environment
Excellent customer service and the ability to handle a variety of questions




Strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures
The ability to respond and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy
Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
Available to work Saturdays with one rostered day off during the week
