Toyota Finance Australia is seeking an Asset Management Partner to support late-stage collections and recovery functions within the Customer Resolutions team. The role aims to minimise financial loss while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and delivering high levels of customer service across all retail brands.
You will engage with Mercantile Agents, insurers, and customers to drive efficient resolutions, while maintaining solid communication and adherence to policy guidelines.
