What you will do? n
n
n
n
n
Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
n
Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts
n
Coach, train and develop crew members to drive performance
n
Ensure food safety, workplace safety and brand standards are met
n
Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes
n
Support labour management and operational efficiency targets
n
Drive sales through upselling, promotions and exceptional service
n




Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a professional manner
n
Maintain a clean, safe and organised restaurant environment
n
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals and results
n

More about you n

n
Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitality
n
A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude
n
The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting
n
Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
n
Food Safety Certificate
n
n
A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack's
n
Familiarity with Hungry Jacks' cultural pillars
n
Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster
n
n
