Developmental Paediatrics is seeking an experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic medical receptionist to join our wonderful admin team.

Full Time and Part Time roles available (minimum 3 days per week, must be available Wednesdays).
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Working closely with team members to deliver seamless and highly professional care to patients, families and clinicians.
n
Delivering a high standard of telephone and face-to-face service.
n
Scheduling patient appointments and managing clinician diaries/ wait times.
n
Maintaining tidy and well-presented reception areas and consult rooms.
n
Promoting a 'can-do' culture.
n
About you:
n
Proven medical reception experience (minimum of 2 years), ideally in a specialist or similar medical practice.
n
You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
n
You embody initiative and responsibility.
n
You are IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.




n
You are a competent user of a medical practice software (Xestro experience is highly regarded).
n
You take pride in your strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
n
You enjoy working independently and as part of a collaborative team of 8-10 medical receptionists.
n
