The role provides strategic and technical advice on a broad range of entity-wide matters, drives priority projects and initiatives, supports quality assurance, and ensures timely and coordinated responses to complex and sensitive issues.
Key responsibilities
The role requires excellent stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Diplomacy, discretion, and the capacity to provide high-quality strategic advice in a complex workplace will be critical to success in the role.
The position also involves preparing speeches, presentations, briefings and other materials, and supporting high-level meetings, discussions and decision-making processes.




The role works closely with senior staff, sector stakeholders, and Ministers' and the Secretary's offices.
What you need
The successful candidate will bring significant experience in government, performance improvement, and sector and stakeholder engagement, together with a strong understanding of the Regulatory Authority's operating environment, challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience.
Essential: Experience working within a public sector, regulatory or complex governance environment.
