Ramm Botanicals is a medium-sized, family-owned business located on the beautiful Central Coast. We are an integrated tissue culture laboratory and nursery production facility producing high-quality plants for both domestic and international markets.
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team.
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a dynamic team. The position involves all aspects of sales administration and logistics with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability. Whilst on-the-job training will be provided previous sales administration experience is highly desirable.
Key Duties:
Order confirmations
Create picking slips, invoicing and dispatch documentation
Enter customer orders
Book freight and prepare manifests
Recording stock levels
Receipting in stock
Maintaining mailing and sales comparison files
Answering phones and handling customer enquiries
Beautiful bushland location

What We're Looking For:

Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, active environment
Experience in Excel and MYOB Acumatica highly desirable
Awareness of workplace health and safety (WHS) practices
This is a permanent position offering between 32 and 38 hours per week.
