This advice practice takes a genuinely holistic approach to client care, and is looking for an Associate Adviser to support its Senior Advisers across a well-established client base. Expect a stable, collaborative team environment with a robust track record of long-term client relationships and tailored strategy work.
Clients are primarily pre- and post-retirees, with average portfolios around $1.5 million, plus a number of larger accounts, corporate structures, SMSFs and family trusts.
You'll work closely with Advisers with a clear pathway toward managing your own portfolio over time. It's a broad, client-facing role covering:
Joint client meetings, including fact-finding, meeting notes and follow-up
Financial modelling and strategy analysis (Xplan, Wealth Solver, Risk Researcher or similar)
Drafting Statements of Advice and Records of Advice
Input into strategy,



including asset allocation and investment recommendations
Preparing review documentation and presenting modelling outcomes
End-to-end implementation, liaising with clients and third parties
Monitoring portfolio liquidity against risk profiles and platform cash requirements
What you'll bring:
Experience in a Paraplanning, Client Service or Associate capacity within financial planning
Strong technical and advice-writing skills
Confidence with Xplan or comparable modelling platforms
Sharp attention to detail and personal organisation
Clear, confident communication and a collaborative approach
Ability to work autonomously once across the client base
Flexible hours, with WFH options available.
