As a Level 3 Social Work Senior Clinician, you will provide advanced clinical expertise across complex and critical presentations, using sound professional judgement and advanced reasoning to deliver high-quality care.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health professionals to achieve positive outcomes for patients, families and carers.
Contribute to a culture of evidence-based practice, career development and continuous improvement.
Provide clinical supervision and support to Social Work staff and students in accordance with relevant professional standards.
Provide comprehensive Social Work assessment and intervention for patients, families and carers.
What you need
Degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
Demonstrated high level clinical experience and understanding of the needs of clients accessing the health care system.
Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for service improvement and skills in providing training and education with experience in staff and/or student supervision.
