We are currently seeking Registered Nurses for morning and night shifts.
n
About the Role
n
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring a positive resident experience.
n
Working collaboratively with the care team, you will support residents to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing while promoting dignity, respect and independence. You will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centred care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and fostering a positive team culture.
n
About You
n
You are passionate about improving outcomes for older people and have an understanding of the needs of people living with dementia.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Bachelor of Nursing
n
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
n
Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
n
Experience coordinating care, supervising staff and acting in charge
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also working independently
n
Full Australian work rights with no restrictions
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
