Key Responsibilities




Coordinate and guide therapy supports to achieve meaningful participant outcomes
Collaborate with families, educators, therapists and service providers to create a seamless support experience
Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork across Early Start Australia
Build solid stakeholder relationships and advocate for participants' needs
Support high-quality, person-centred service delivery and continuous improvement
Contribute to positive outcomes that enhance independence, participation and quality of life
About You
Experience within disability, health, education or early intervention sectors.
Strong clinical reasoning and case management capabilities.
Experience coordinating supports across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A commitment to delivering person-centred, evidence-informed services.
A passion for empowering people to maximise participation and independence.
