You'll work closely with Staff Specialists, the Head of Department, clinical teams and patients to help ensure clinics operate efficiently across multiple sites.

with the support of an approachable Team Leader and experienced administration staff.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
You'll Ideally Have
Fast and accurate typing and strong keyboard skills
Experience with transcription software
Demonstrated competency in medical terminology, transcription and medical correspondence
Experience using a range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and work calmly under pressure
Initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
Experience in a healthcare or medical administration environment (highly desirable)
Familiarity with NSW Health systems such as SDPR and RIMS would be advantageous, however, training will be provided.
How You'll Be Supported
You'll be joining a small, friendly and supportive team where you'll have the opportunity to build valuable skills and experience in medical and outpatient administration.
You'll receive comprehensive orientation and training, including familiarisation with systems, processes and clinic workflows, with ongoing support from your Team Leader and colleagues.
