About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Leading Hand Distribution Employee to provide frontline leadership within our cold room distribution operation at Raleigh.
In this

position, you will be responsible forcoordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting shift performance,maintainingsafety standards, and ensuring orders are picked,loadedand dispatched accurately and on time.
You will act as a key link between team members and supervisors while leading by example on the warehouse floor.
You'llbe a great fit if you:
Havepreviousexperience in a warehouse,logisticsor distribution workplace
Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or mentoring team members
Hold a current forkliftlicenseand have strong forklift operating skills
Have a strong commitment to safety,qualityand operational excellence
Can coordinate workloads,prioritisetasks and meet production deadlines




Have previous experience using SAP systems in a manufacturing environment
Are confident using warehouse systems and completing documentation accurately
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Can work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays asrequired
