Provide overall leadership and direction across all site operations, including catering, accommodation, cleaning, and facilities
n
Deliver commercial outcomes, including budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
n
Build and maintain strong client partnerships and act as the key point of contact on site
n




Lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, driving engagement, capability, and retention
n
Ensure full compliance with contractual, safety (HSEQ), and regulatory requirements
n
Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and operational efficiencies
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with service excellence
n
