VACCA is seeking a Fixed Term Team Leader in Preston, VIC to oversee a culturally safe justice support team for Aboriginal young people. You will deliver trauma-informed, holistic case management and coordinate social emotional wellbeing, health, education and employment referrals.

The role requires robust knowledge of the Victorian justice system, experience in case management with Aboriginal communities, and a commitment to VACCA's values. This is a fixed-term position based in Preston.
