An independent corporate advisory platform is seeking an M&A; Associate to join its Infrastructure & Renewables team in Sydney. The firm has developed a strong reputation advising on complex public and private market transactions, with a particular strength across renewables, energy transition and essential infrastructure assets.

This role offers Associates genuine transaction responsibility, working across origination and execution in a close-knit team environment. With direct access to senior leaders and board-level clients, you will gain accelerated exposure to complex deal structures and strategic mandates within one of the most active sectors in the market.
n




The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of M&A; experience from a global investment bank, independent advisory house, or Big 4 corporate finance team, with strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.
