We're partnering with a large, complex organisation undertaking a significant HR systems transformation and are looking for a
HR Systems Analyst
to join the team on a contract basis. This is an opportunity to contribute to a major PeopleSoft upgrade while working alongside experienced Business Analysts and HR systems specialists in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in
HR systems, HR analytics, system testing, or business analysis
who enjoys solving problems, working closely with stakeholders, and translating business requirements into practical outcomes.
You'll play a key role in supporting user acceptance testing, investigating system issues, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and assisting with the rollout and optimisation of HR system functionality. While experience with
PeopleSoft
would be highly regarded, the team is open to candidates who have worked with other HRIS platforms and can quickly get up to speed in a new workplace.

The ability to work independently while remaining a strong team contributor
This position sits at an intermediate level, making it well suited to someone who has built a solid foundation in HR systems or business analysis and is looking to further develop their skills within a large and interesting environment.
