Position Profile and Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Clinical Nurse Specialist - Continence
to join our Acute Care Surgical team.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled clinician to provide expert continence assessment, management, education, and support that enhances patient outcomes, specifically to Paediatric Patients. As a clinical expert, this position will play a pivotal role in promoting best practice continence care, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and driving quality improvement initiatives that contribute to exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.
The successful applicant shall provide advanced clinical leadership and consultancy services across the Paediatric Service. Working collaboratively with nursing, medical, and allied health professionals, you will deliver evidence-based continence management strategies for patients with complex care needs. In partnership with the CNC, the CNS will act as a key resource for staff education, clinical guidance, and service development while championing continence care standards and best practice initiatives.
Applicants must have experience in Paediatric Continence.
