Howqua Assistants play a vital, hands‐on role in the day‐to‐day operation of the campus. Working closely with teaching and other staff, you will help deliver a high‐quality, integrated program that supports student learning, wellbeing and personal growth.
You will contribute across a broad range of activities including program delivery, outdoor education, student supervision and campus operations, while helping foster a safe,



inclusive and respectful residential community.
Capabilities and Experience
Experience supporting students in academic, outdoor and co-curricular programs
Confident supervising students in learning and residential settings
Interest in outdoor education and working in a hands‐on environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team‐oriented approach
Adaptable and willing to contribute across all aspects of campus life
Commitment to student wellbeing, residential community and child safety
