St Jude's Aged Care in Guildford is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Residential Aged Care team. This shared role across Guildford Village and Midland Nursing Home provides opportunities to work with a dedicated team and a supportive management group.
You will assess residents' OT needs, develop person-centered therapy plans, review care plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with care teams to deliver high-quality resident care. Registration with AHPRA is preferred.
