Harmony's CSA Mine in NSW is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead end-to-end HR at the site, reporting to the General Manager.
You will drive workforce planning, industrial relations, compliance with Australian employment law, and development of a high-performing workforce.
The role will operate onsite in Cobar, NSW, on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane or Sydney, with local candidates considered for a 5/2 roster.
