Right at Home is seeking a Personal Care Worker (Cert 3 and Own Car Required) to support clients in their homes across Current South Wales.
You will deliver holistic, client-focused care according to a written plan and work within the care team to enable independence.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining dignity, and documenting services in our CRM.
A valid Certificate III in Aged Care or Home and Community Care and a driver with insured car are required.
