The Melbourne Clinic, part of Healthscope in Richmond, Victoria, is seeking a dynamic Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Older Adult Unit/Living Well Program.
This part time role (0.6 EFT) involves inpatient social work case management, biopsychosocial assessments and intervention, and individual and group therapy for older adults with chronic mental health conditions and related needs.
